The goal is to develop a space where everyone feels welcome, an all-inclusive location without judgement. Somewhere to feel safe.
I aim to help those in need with council support, and improving mental and physical wellbeing through activities and access to resources, through the Biennial for art based educational sessions for mental wellbeing, and using the site and pavilion to encour-age physical wellbeing
• A place for refuge and relaxation
• Accessible for all
• A community within a city
My design is intended to encourage sustainable design through using natural resources such as ventilation and daylighting, while reusing materials found on site reduce the miles they travel, for in-stance the concrete will be recycled from the existing Mount Pleasant Car Park as ma-sonry and in gabions, minimising waste
