Continuing the foundations of the district’s well-known fabrics, it blends the ambiance of the surrounding red bricks, aiming to create a tie-dye center where openness and closure are fused. At the same time, a visual tree of life has been given, taking advantage of the property of weathering steel to change color as it oxidizes with the air. The exterior of the building blends in with the calm and mature style of its surroundings, but the interior of the building is quietly revitalized through the design of the materials and open spaces, opening up new possibilities.
