This is a community cultural centre in Huyton. The existing building is now semi-derelict and has not been involved in the development of Huyton.
I would like to revitalise this derelict building through renovation. Make it a cultural machine for Huyton and re-engage in the cycle of life in the village. The machine will display all the installations in full view and will incorporate the production system as part of the design. The Culture Machine has many different parts, each with its own circulation system.
The new cultural centre will complement the Huyton village centre 2028. More and more people will come to settle and work in Huyton.
