A creative hub at the heart of Toxteth community provides the opportunity for the youth of Liverpool to become connected with their neighbours. The modular timber structure provides a safe environment for children to pursue a range of passions from sports to creative interests to academic studies.
The rest of the community can watch the future generations of Toxteth flourish with the double ended glazed facades that incorporate the youth and the building into the environment.
With Shape L8 a sustainable future is secured. As the needs and desires of this close-knit community adapt with time, the building can be added to, taken away from or demolished altogether with relative ease to make way for the next generation.
