Fabric Hub

Located in London Road, a high street in the past, ‘FABRIC HUB’ is a mixed-use regeneration project to animate the fabric district. Inspired by the local history of fabric district, ‘FABRIC HUB’ is a centre for local retail, fabric design and socializing. It contains shopping space, design workshop, gallery, restaurant and etc. Additionally, ‘FABRIC HUB’ reserves most of the structure of the original building and combines with new interior and façade design to create a brand new high street experience, which simultaneously meets the demand of low-cost and environmental sustainability. The façade is covered by a series curved acrylic panels, acting as a symbol of local fabric and showing the smooth texture of textile.
