This project is going to produce a permanent and regenerative multi function cultural and performance space hub. It is located at the TOP of the high street celebrating curiosity, identity, connection, communication and learning through the design of a multi-function hub reusing existing buildings. The building’s functional areas include a theatre, library, restaurant, retail, classrooms, studios, roof garden, etc., and will implement the concept of a green community, not only providing a place for residents to relax, but also a sustainable expression. The plants from roof garden are not only used as raw materials for restaurants, but can also be processed into costumes for theater performances, or sold as handmade goods, and recycled as fertilizer, forming a circular economy.
